I feel that teaching as a profession is rapidly changing. Classrooms and districts are completely different from what they were in the past. Students learn differently then they used to, and standards hold teachers accountable in vastly different ways. With that being said, it is important for educators and administrators to analyze opinions and points of view from all areas of their community.
